Filipe Pereira is Professor of Molecular Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Lund University, Sweden. His research group has pioneered cellular reprogramming approaches to understand and modulate the immune system. He is a co-founder of Asgard Therapeutics, which is advancing in vivo dendritic cell reprogramming for cancer immunotherapy. Dr. Pereira has received more than 25 awards for scientific and innovation excellence, including the Swedish Fernström Prize, the Pfizer-Portugal Award, and a Medal of Merit from his hometown.
