Our lab explores the mechanisms by which Thetis cells and dendritic cells regulate the balance between tolerance and immunity. By defining their developmental origins, the signals that drive their differentiation into distinct lineages, and their unique functional programs, we aim to understand how immune homeostasis is established across tissues and developmental stages.
